Joie Gregor

Joie A. Gregor is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 and focuses on leadership development. Ms. Gregor comes to Warburg Pincus from her own consulting firm, which she formed in 2009. Previously, Ms. Gregor was assistant to President George W. Bush for presidential personnel. Prior to serving in the White House, she was vice chairman of global search firm Heidrick & Struggles, and preceding that, held a series of leadership roles at IBM.

Ms. Gregor is a director of ConAgra Foods, Inc. where she is a member of the human resources and nominating and governance committees. Ms. Gregor is also an executive leader of the Idea Enterprise Institute, sponsored by Arizona State University. She received a B.A. from the University of Colorado, and M.A. from Case Western Reserve University, where she is a member of the board of trustees, and an M.S. from Stanford University, where she was the first female IBM Sloan Fellow.
