Margaret ("Marnie") Seif is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Analog Devices, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of semiconductors. Analog Devices is traded on NASDAQ ($19 billion market cap) and is headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Ms. Seif is responsible for all of Analog’s legal matters, and as Secretary to the Corporation, she serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Seif was asked by Analog’s CEO to lead a rebranding effort for the company in 2015. That work culminated in Analog’s “Ahead of What’s Possible” brand campaign. Ms. Seif co-chairs (with the company’s CIO) a corporate-wide security initiative at Analog; that effort comprises cybersecurity, physical security and security of business processes. Ms. Seif is also spearheading a corporate-wide diversity initiative, which is designed to enhance the pipeline of next generation leadership within the company.
Ms. Seif currently serves as a Director of Nantero, Inc., a privately held venture-backed company headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts. Nantero is a leader in the development of carbon nanotube memory technology.
Ms. Seif is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee at the University of Michigan Law School.
