Mark W. Sickles is CEO of SuperOrg, Inc., a SaaS technology company enabling organizations to be well-governed, well-led, and well-managed. Mark serves as board director of the Thirty Percent Coalition and Silicon Valley Directors Exchange, Strategic Governance Fellow at Governance & Accountability Institute, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Advisory Committee member of the Northern California Chapter of NACD, and faculty member of DirectWomen.
Over his 35 year career, Mark served as a senior and C-level executive for Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, A.W. Chesterton, Alpharma, and C.R. Bard. He also served as management consultant to boards, CEOs, and senior executives at firms including CA Technologies, Campbell Soup, American Standard, Warner-Lambert, Pfizer, State Farm, and California Bankers Association. Additionally, Mark served as an instructor and faculty member at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, and American Management Association (AMA), and as Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress in Dubai.
Mark is a keynote speaker on the topics of strategic HRM, governance, leadership, management, strategy, and sustainability, having presented globally to directors, CEOs, GCs, CFOs, investor relations officers, security analysts, CIOs, and CHROs. Mark is the author of Shareholder Value Assurance and Strategic Governance. He is published by Directors Monthly, Directors & Boards, Investor Relations Update, Global Sourcing Council, New Jersey Bankers Association, AMA, and Financial Executives International.
Mark is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a M.S. degree in Industrial Relations from Rutgers. He is a licensed Series 7 general securities representative and life & health insurance agent.
