Sandra Day O’Connor Board Excellence Award Luncheon

DirectWomen hosts the annual Sandra Day O’Connor Board Excellence Award Luncheon to honor those who have worked to advance the value of diversity on corporate boards. The 2023 Sandra Day O’Connor Board Excellence Award Luncheon will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, in New York City. 

Attending the Sandra Day O’Connor Board Excellence Award Luncheon not only supports DirectWomen’s mission of increasing the representation of women attorneys on corporate boards, but also provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to network with leading CEOs, directors, search firm executives, DirectWomen alumnae and honorees, and other prominent lawyers.

At the Luncheon, DirectWomen presents awards that celebrate diversity in the boardroom and excellence in board service. This year, DirectWomen will present the following awards to our distinguished 2023 honorees:

Bobbi Liebenberg

Roberta (“Bobbi”) Liebenberg is a senior partner at Fine, Kaplan and Black in Philadelphia and also a principal in The Red Bee Group, a women-owned consulting group that uses data-based strategies to attain DEI objectives. She serves on a number of boards, including the American Antitrust Institute; the ABA Rule of Law Initiative; the American Bar Endowment; the American Jewish Committee-Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey; and was on the Board of the YWCA USA and Chair of the Board of the Anti-Defamation League-Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.
