Elected to three successive terms as CEO of this Global 100 law firm.  P&L and strategic responsibility for $580M in gross revenues and 2000 employees in 16 offices worldwide.

  • Launched six-year national and international expansion program which added seven offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia and 400 lawyers.
  • Closed two of the largest law firm mergers in history on budget and on schedule, increasing annual gross revenues from $224M to $580M.
  • Improved firm profits and profits per partner by over 125%.
  • Developed a client-team based service model which has become the industry standard, and which increased revenues of the firm’s top 100 clients by 50%.
  • Achieved top-10 rankings among American law firms for women and minority partners through the introduction of diversity programs, and initiated policies that placed Pillsbury on Working Woman Magazine’s list of the top 100 companies in the U.S. for women.
