Dara Redler is an accomplished C-suite executive with over 25 years of robust experience in varying industries. She has served as a boardroom advisor for publicly-traded companies with focused work on compensation and governance and has broad leadership experience in corporate strategy, compliance, M&A, post-acquisition business integration, enterprise risk management, regulatory affairs, ESG, and innovative diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. As a trusted advisor and strong business partner, she provides strategic counsel to the CEO and executives in driving their business objectives and is known for utilizing a pragmatic approach to support transformation and the overall business strategy. She is an enterprise thinker with exceptional business and financial acumen and effectively anticipates challenges and influences change. Ms. Redler has served companies with global footprints in industries including financial services, consumer products, and travel technology.

Ms. Redler currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB; Market Cap $5.3 Billion), which provides tax and tax-related products and services, and financial and small business products and services. As a member of H&R Block’s executive leadership team, Ms. Redler is actively engaged in all aspects of the company’s global business serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and C-Suite executives. Ms. Redler serves as an active advisor and primary support for the Board of Directors and all Committees and is responsible for the government relations, tax institute (regulatory) functions, compliance and legal.

Previously Ms. Redler served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Ethics Officer of Tilray, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY; Market Cap $5.2 Billion at time of departure), a leading global cannabis lifestyle and medical cannabis company. During her tenure with this high-growth company, she was the primary support for the Board of Directors and Committees, advised on multi-million-dollar global business arrangements, and built the legal and compliance functions. Notably, she led the negotiations for a $4 Billion merger to create the largest multinational cannabis company.

Ms. Redler spent over 17 years at The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) in leadership positions supporting multiple aspects of the global company business, including digital transformation, supply chain, sales and marketing, strategic initiatives, business development, and franchise leadership. She has a deep understanding of brand management and digital transformation and was part of the cross-functional team launching the most successful marketing campaign for The Coca-Cola Company to date. Ms. Redler was chosen for The Coca-Cola Company’s premiere Senior Leadership Development Program, an intensive global program to work on a business-critical issue to achieve breakthrough strategic thinking and business results — leading to the creation of a juice business for the North African business unit worth multi-million dollars in revenue. She was an appointed member of the Company’s Corporate Diversity Council and led its Women’s global business resource group.

Ms. Redler is known for bringing solution-oriented clarity to complexity and bringing diversity of thought to deliver significant impact. Ms. Redler is focused on people engagement and is known as a strong culture creator in the organizations in which she leads. She is recognized for superior business results, developing and executing critical strategic initiatives and transformation, and leading high-performing teams.

Ms. Redler received her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business, cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves hiking and skiing.
