Meena Elliott is a C-suite executive with an expansive and deep breadth and depth of experience. As President of Kiverdi, Inc., she leads the organization to success with a laser focus on customer happiness and cash flow management, in addition to establishing the foundational strategy. Kiverdi, Inc. is a mid-stage biotech company and parent company of Air Protein, a start up funded by ADM, Barclays and GV.

Meena brings an enterprise-wide, global approach to business challenges and opportunities faced by companies in different lifecycle stages.  She possesses depth and breadth of experience in the technology, life sciences, consumer goods, media and entertainment industries.  Prior to joining Kiverdi, she led the legal, human capital and compliance functions at Aviat Networks, which was formed through a simultaneous IPO and “merger of equals” between a division of L3Harris and Stratex Networks, Inc. Before that, she held global executive roles at Energizer and early-stage XM Satellite Radio in brand marketing holding profit and loss responsibility and led teams to commercialize products and scale.  In addition, at Energizer, she resolved challenging corporate issues while integrating strategy, evaluating enterprise risk, incorporating shareholder considerations, corporate governance and compliance matters.  She also served as a Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce handling public policy matters.

As a member of Aviat Networks’ executive management team, she developed corporate strategy, including assessing acquisitions and divestitures and managing complex international issues. From its inception, she led Aviat Networks through several challenges including growth in foreign markets, operational integration, public company readiness, acquisitions and divestitures and a growth of a managed digital network services business.  Her leadership experience reflects her ability to rapidly comprehend, assess and ask discerning questions to guide all stakeholders to successful resolutions. In addition to serving as the CLO, as the CHRO, she held responsibility for executive compensation, succession planning, talent management and retention and organizational development.

Meena brings expertise in Board risk oversight, corporate governance, assessment of financial statements, operational knowledge, executive compensation and succession planning in the domestic and international arenas.  In addition to understanding the issues, her collaborative style and ability to understand the dynamics of various situations have played a significant role in her success.

She serves as an Advisory Board member to Entefy, Inc. and Golden Poppy, Inc. and recently completed service on the Investment Committee of Purple Arch Ventures.  Meena serves on the boards of Avenidas and Legal Momentum, both of which are non-profit organizations.  She graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in classics and from Washington University in St. Louis with a juris doctor and master’s in business degrees. She is a recipient of several awards and recently received Washington University School of Law Distinguished Alumni award.
