DirectWomen is proud to present its 2021 Board Diversity Award to ViacomCBS. 

As of 2020, ViacomCBS’s board includes seven women directors, four of whom hold a J.D. Eight of ViacomCBS’s 27-person senior management team are also women. The critical mass of women directors on the ViacomCBS board illustrates the company’s strong commitment to diversity in the boardroom.
