Victoria A. Morrison is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Edison Properties, LLC. Prior to that, she was head of the Real Estate Group at the Morristown, New Jersey, based law firm, Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP. Her work includes the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as all types of real estate financings, entity structuring, workouts and foreclosures. Since 2001, Ms. Morrison has served on the Board of Directors of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.

Since the early 1990s, she has also served as Pro Bono General Counsel to the Housing Partnership of Morris County, a United Way and Neighborworks agency helping low and moderate income families achieve the American dream of home ownership. In 2005, the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers elected Ms. Morrison a member.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Morrison was an Assistant Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey and an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City.
