On April 3, 2019 DirectWomen held its Chicago Regional Event: “Breaking into the Boardroom: The Pathways and the Process.” Attendees heard from a panel of distinguished directors and search firm leaders, who shared their insights about board service and provided tips on how women lawyers interested in board service can best position themselves to serve on a corporate board. Following the panel discussion, attendees had the opportunity to network with senior-level women lawyers from firms and companies across Chicagoland.
