Pamela Craven is the former Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Avaya Inc., a leading global provider of collaboration and communications networks and services for businesses. She previously served as vice president of law and corporate secretary for Lucent Technologies, Inc. She recently retired from service as a Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee of Amber Road, Inc., a NYSE-traded company involved in the development of global trade compliance and logistics software.
Currently Ms. Craven serves on the board of the Island Housing Trust Corp., a non-profit developer of affordable housing, and chairs the Audit and Governance Committees. She recently joined the Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Opera and is a member of the American Law Institute. She has served in the past on the boards of the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the New Jersey Networks Foundation, and the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Ms. Craven earned her bachelor’s degree and JD from the University of Pennsylvania and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.
