Sarah Hlavinka McConnell serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Xerox Corporation. Prior to joining Xerox, Ms. McConnell served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for ABM Industries. Earlier in her career, she was Acting General Counsel for Fisher Scientific International’s $10 billion merger with Thermo Electron Corporation in 2006.

Ms. McConnell received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was a Teaching Quizmaster. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of arts degree in history and a minor in Spanish and serves on the Texas A&M University College of Liberal Arts Development Council.  She is a David Rockefeller Fellow and a member of the Women’s Forum of New York.
