Until her retirement in June, 2021, Sheri Edison served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Amcor plc, a global leader in the development and production of responsible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal care and other products. At Amcor, Ms. Edison’s responsibilities included corporate governance, global compliance and legal operations for over 200 sites across more than 40 countries. Prior to Amcor, Ms. Edison served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Bemis Company, Inc. until it was acquired by Amcor in 2019. Prior to joining Bemis, Ms. Edison held senior management and general counsel positions at Hill-Rom, Inc., Hillenbrand Industries and LTV Steel. Ms. Edison currently serves on the boards of Cardinal Health and Union Pacific Corporation, and on the Board of Visitors of the University of Wisconsin Waisman Center. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum, a member and Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and an alumnae and Board member of the DirectWomen Board Institute.
